      By developing a deep knowledge of our Self and how we behave in the world (receive, perceive, rationalise, and respond), this module provides the tools and insights necessary for students to consider, understand, control, and lead themselves before stepping up to understand and lead Others. 
       
       
      OTHERS
      The Others module is centered on developing interpersonal skills crucial for effective leadership. It provides students with the tools necessary for effective collaboration and outcomes-driven co-operation with Others.  It includes effective communication, rational argument, and negotiation. 
       
       
      ENVIRONMENT
      The Environment module introduces the student to complex adaptive systems, the tools used for critical and systems thinking, problem interrogation and definition, and problem analysis and solving. It enables students to understand, analyse and lead in an everchanging, complex world. 
       
       
      ORGANISATION

      This module provides a foundation of the Executive level MBA concepts, including strategy, risk assessment, law and corporate financial acumen, critical for understanding and operating in corporate and institutional organisations. This module provides executive insights.
